Virtual Parenting Coordination

Effective Parenting Coordination Strategies

When parents find themselves having the same arguments over and over again, children are often the ones who suffer most. Parenting coordination is designed to help families move away from conflict-driven interactions and toward more effective, child-focused problem solving.

As a Qualified Parenting Coordinator serving families throughout Florida, I work with parents who are struggling with communication, ongoing disputes, implementation of parenting plans, and the challenges that often arise after separation or divorce. My approach is direct, neutral, and tailored to the needs of each family. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with parents to identify practical solutions that fit their unique circumstances while keeping the focus where it belongs—on the wellbeing of their children.

My goal is not simply to reduce conflict, but to help families create greater stability so children can spend less time caught in the middle and more time being kids.

About Our Retainer & Fees

Initial Retainer: $1,800
Hourly Rate: $180
Replenishment Retainer: $1000
The initial retainer is a nonrefundable advance payment required before parenting coordination services begin. As services are provided, time is billed at the hourly rate and deducted from the retainer in incremental billing entries.

Any unused portion of a replenishment retainer will be refunded upon completion or termination of parenting coordination services, provided all outstanding balances have been paid.

Court Fees

Court Services: $180 per hour (1-hour minimum)
Court appearances, status conferences, case management conferences, review hearings, scheduling conferences, preparation for court, and other court-related professional services are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Unless otherwise ordered by the court or agreed to by the parties, parenting coordination fees are generally shared equally between the parties.
