Comprehensive Immigration Evaluations
Immigration cases often involve deeply personal experiences and significant uncertainty for individuals and families. Many clients come to the process feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to expect. My goal is to provide a supportive and respectful environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and telling their stories.
I provide immigration evaluations for a variety of humanitarian and family-based cases, including VAWA petitions, U visas, T visas, asylum cases, hardship waivers, I-601 and I-601A waivers, I-751 petitions, bona fide marriage cases, and other immigration matters requiring a mental health evaluation. I work closely with attorneys to ensure that evaluations address the specific needs of each case while accurately documenting the psychological and emotional factors relevant to the legal process.
I understand that discussing traumatic experiences, family separation, abuse, or other difficult life events can be emotionally challenging. I strive to make the evaluation process as comfortable as possible while approaching each individual with compassion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
Above all, I want clients to leave the process feeling heard, treated with dignity, and confident that their experiences have been carefully and accurately represented.
Pricing & Rates
Standard Evaluation (VAWA, Hardship Waiver, I-601 and I-601A, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum, I-751)
Flat Fee: $1,000

Adam Walsh Act Evaluations
Flat Fee: $1,950
Includes:

Comprehensive written forensic evaluation report
Bona Fide Marriage Evaluation
Flat Fee: $1,750

Additional Fees For All Evaluations

Third-party interpreter services are available for an additional fee. A quote will be provided prior to scheduling.

Extensive review of additional records submitted after the evaluation has begun, additional interviews, report revisions requested after completion, or other services beyond the scope of the standard evaluation are billed at $180 per hour.

Depositions, court testimony, hearings, and other expert witness services are billed at $250 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum.
